When a user flags objectionable content or blocks another user, we record the user IDs involved, timestamps, and any relevant metadata (e.g., the ID of the content) to investigate and enforce our Terms of Service. We use this information solely for moderation and to maintain a safe environment. This data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized staff.
Moderation Actions. If our system or moderation team determines that content or behavior violates our Terms, we may remove it or restrict the offending user. We retain records of these actions (such as removed posts or ban decisions) to handle appeals and maintain compliance records.
10. Camera and Microphone Usage
Access for Video Creation. The App may request access to your device's camera and microphone for the sole purpose of letting you record and share short videos. We do not collect or store any raw camera or microphone data beyond what is needed to provide the video creation feature. Once you upload your video, it is stored securely on our servers, as described in Section [X] of this Policy.
No Passive Recording. We do not record audio or video in the background without your explicit consent. Your device's operating system may prompt you to grant permission for camera and microphone access; you can revoke or modify these permissions at any time through your device settings.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
