Delete Your Account
⚠️ Warning
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This includes your profile, posts, messages, and any other content you've created.
Important: You must transfer admin status in all stacks where you're an admin before you can delete your account. This ensures your stacks continue to have active management.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Wafflr app
- Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture
- Tap the Settings icon (gear/cog) in the top right
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page
- If you're an admin of any stacks:
- Open each stack where you're an admin
- Go to stack settings
- Select "Transfer Admin" and choose another member
- Confirm the transfer
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Enter your username to confirm
- Tap "Delete My Account" to confirm the deletion
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and personal information
- All your waffles and comments
- Your saved items and preferences
- Any stacks you've created
- All your app settings and data
